i found the location excellent, steps from major attractions. my room featured views of the square. the room was quite spacious and included basic amenities. the staff was consistently helpful with requests.
i noticed very slight noise at night.

central location clean room helpful staff
The location was central. i walked to all main attractions quickly! the room was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. the staff provided helpful advice and were always available.
the elevator was quite small. it only fit two people without luggage. this made moving luggage difficult.

central location helpful staff amazing view
The location was amazing. Our spacious apartment overlooked the beautiful Piazza. The view was magnificent! It was easy to walk to all the main attractions. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
The bathroom was a bit small. I found there was no good place for toiletries.

Decent Stay in Central Location
prime location easy access helpful hosts difficult hotel different code limited outlets
The hotel has a prime location right on the square. It provides easy walking access to main attractions. The hosts were helpful and kept our luggage after checkout. The building includes a lift which is a welcome convenience.
The hotel was hard to find upon arrival. The access code on the front door differed from the actual code. There were no extra power outlets in the room for charging phones. I had to unplug table lamps.

The elevator was available (which is really valuable in old buildings like this!). The staff was attentive (especially when I needed something).

Excellent Location, Nice and neat
central location friendly staff comfortable bed perfect air conditioning
The location is amazing. It is very central. The Uffizi Gallery is next door. Palazzo Vecchio is also very close. The elevator worked fine for my luggage. The reception staff were friendly. The sheets and towels were super clean. The bed was comfortable, including the extra bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the heat wave. I had no issues at all.
The access code on the front door was different than the actual access code.. I had to contact them to get the right code.

The hotel provides an elevator for easy access to all floors. The air conditioning system kept the room cool and comfortable. It worked very efficiently during the hot summer days and nights.
